Poster Presentation Information
Thank you for your interest in presenting a poster at the 2026 Annual Conference—Quality Across the Continuum: Perspectives That Matter—on September 25, 2026, at the Glacier Canyon Conference Center in Wisconsin Dells. Poster presenters are eligible for a $30 discount toward the conference registration fee, which will be reimbursed after completion of the conference. Please complete all sections of the submission form.

Title of project/initiative
Description of project (100–250 words)
1–2 key statistics or metrics
2–3 images (photos, charts, or graphs)

Display Information: WAHQ will provide an easel stand. Presenters must bring their poster fully prepared, mounted, and ready for display. Materials will not be provided onsite.
