WAHQ Webinar - Publicly Reported Data & Value-Based Quality Programs

Publicly reported data and federal quality programs play a critical role in shaping hospital performance, reimbursement, and transparency. This session will provide an overview of key Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) programs, including the Hospital Inpatient Quality Reporting (IQR) Program, Value-Based Purchasing (VBP), the Hospital-Acquired Condition (HAC) Reduction Program, and the Hospital Readmissions Reduction Program (HRRP).

Participants will gain a clearer understanding of how these programs intersect, how publicly reported data is utilized, and what resources are available to support performance improvement. The session will also highlight strategies for navigating program requirements and leveraging data to drive quality, safety, and value in healthcare.
