Brenda Fairfull, MA, OD, PCCP is a Senior Organizational Development Business Partner in Change Management at Froedtert ThedaCare, where she has spent the past 11 years leading enterprise-wide change initiatives. With a foundation of 14 years in Nursing Administration and Emergency Department roles, Brenda brings a unique clinical and operational perspective to her work.
She holds a master’s degree in education with a focus in Organizational Development and is Prosci Level II certified in change management. Brenda leads change education and training efforts, supports large-scale strategic initiatives, and coaches leaders and teams through complex transformations. She also partners closely with the Process Improvement team, integrating change management into PDSA cycles and supporting certification participants through training and one-on-one coaching.
Passionate about helping people navigate change, Brenda is known for her collaborative approach to team development, leader coaching, and creative engagement strategies. She is driven by a simple philosophy: always do good, help others, and go above and beyond in all that you do.
