Aimee Lugay, Director of Workforce Solutions at NAHQ (pronounced NAY-cue), where she works with healthcare organizations across the continuum, to strengthen their teams through practical, evidence‑based training and development. She brings more than 15 years of experience supporting adult learners, from partnering with Fortune 1000 organizations on their Learning and Development strategies to helping adults build literacy and communication skills.

Aimee holds a BA in Mental Health Psychology and an MBA, grounding her work at the intersection of human development, organizational learning, and strategic workforce growth. She is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that empower adults and elevate capability. 

Aimee is a Broadway fanatic and loves seeing musicals as much as her time and wallet will allow. Faith and family always come first. She's the proud auntie to 16 nieces and nephews and even prouder of her title of "Favorite Aunt."
