To access the member portal for the first time:

1. Click the "Forgot username" link above and enter the email associated with your account.  The Username will be emailed to that address.

   • If you do not know the email assocaited with your account, send an email to webmaster@wahq.org.

2. Once you receive your Username, click the "Forgot password" link above and enter your username.  You will receive an email with a link to generate a temporary password. The temporary password will be emailed to you.

3. Login to the site with the temporary password and you will be prompted to create your own password.
