This position partners with internal and external customers to systematically measure important aspects of care in order to demonstrate excellence achieved, opportunities for improvement and the hospital's accountability for the quality of care relating to the services it delivers. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Information/Medical Record Administration; Master's degree in a related field preferred. A minimum 3 years of relevant experience leading a comprehensive quality assessment program & minimum 3 years of CQI and/or PI.
